		Park & Ride at Todhills, Sherrifhall, Midlothian Waiting room and public facilities associated with the development of a Bus Park & Ride near the Edinburgh city bypass, Midlothian.
		Boathouse on the Union Canal at Bantaskine Canalside facility for the Seagull Trust at Bantaskine near Falkirk. This unusual building allows the Trust to offer leisure cruises on the Union Canal to disabled passengers. It also provides shelter and maintenance facilities for the Trust's boats.
		Newyearfield Farm, Livingston, West Lothian Conversion of a listed farm steading to form local community facilities and a small speculative office development.
		Cemetery Facilities Currently under construction at Fauldhouse, West Lothian. Public waiting room for a new, extended burial ground. The building will have a low maintenance sedum roof.
